Welcome to the second event in the SINtax cyberpunk campaign.

Here you will find details of the site and booking and paying arrangements.

WHEN: - Friday 22 October to Sunday 24 October 2010

WHERE: - Truleigh Hill Youth Hostel, Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex

HOW MUCH: - Players £60 uncatered (this is due to site costs) - Crew free.

HOW TO RESERVE YOUR PLACE: - Send an email to and copy in Martin Jones into your email ( ) so he can arrange payment with you.

If you played or crewed the first event and can't make this event, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the place to someone on the reserve list.

PLEASE NOTE: There are thirty player places and fifteen crew places on a first come first served basis.

A deposit of £20 must be received by Martin in order for your place to be considered reserved (or Martin must be comfortable with any arrangements put in place to secure payment).

If you wish to cancel your booking after having paid, you will receive all your money back unless you cancel within two weeks of the event, in which you will lose a deposit of £20. Please try to arrange full payment or a payment schedule with Martin as soon as possible.

If by the end of June, Martin has not received payment, we reserve the right to substitute another player from the reserve list instead. This is because I think we're going to get quite a few people who want to play who couldn't make the first event. In fact I can think of five people straight off the top of my head.

Sorry to be so prescriptive but it was a headache trying to get this sorted last time.

Although this event is uncatered, there will be a small quantity of in-game alcohol and post event froth drinks too. Due to insurance issues, this game, and all future SINtax games will be STRICTLY OVER 18'S ONLY.

Like last time we will be operating a reserve list for both players and crew.

Once we have heard from all the players from the first event, or by the end of March 2010, whichever is sooner, we will open up the remaining player places first to crew from the first event, then to the wider world if necessary.

If you crewed on the first event and would like to crew this event, please get in contact with us as soon as possible to reserve your place.

If you didn't attend the first event and have been forwarded this email, please let us know if you wish to play or crew and we shall add you to the respective reserve list in case there is a space. There are no guarantees though.

Basically, the TLDR version is "reserve your spot as soon as you can and arrange payment with Martin straight after that"
